DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
You're Ambitious, a Change Maker and Not One to Shy Away from Hard Work
You started your business to create a positive impact and prove that a different way of working is possible.
But you’re struggling with:
A calendar that leaves you frazzled and drained
Working evenings and weekends despite wanting flexibility
Teaching others about wellbeing while struggling to find your own
Knowing that what you’re putting into your business isn’t matched by what you’re getting in return
I’M HERE TO HELP
Hi! I’m Debbie,
I help ambitious, values-led solopreneurs create businesses that sustain them rather than drain them. I work with coaches, consultants and service providers who've achieved a level of success but feel overwhelmed and worn out.
Together we work on simplifying your offers, focussing your marketing and building supportive systems that help your business run smoothly and support your life outside of work.
As well as an Operations Specialist I’m a trained Embodiment Coach which means I understand both the strategic infrastructure your business needs and the importance of having your nervous system feel held and supported.
How I came to do this work:
I spent twelve years as an Earth Scientist, working for a global company making high-value decisions with complex data. When I started my own business, I applied the same analytical approach - tracking metrics, optimising systems and focusing on what the numbers told me.
In many ways it worked brilliantly. The business grew quickly, won awards and was able to supplement my corporate income income within months.
Then I became a mum. The business was thriving on paper but behind the scenes I was constantly overwhelmed and struggling to keep up.
The work required so much of my in-person presence - time I actually wanted to spend with my young baby.
In my search for a solution I discovered coaching. It opened up my emotional world and was so transformative that I trained as a coach myself, expecting the online wellness industry to offer a different way of working.
But I quickly found myself in the same boat, just a different sea. At every turn were strategies promising fast growth, blueprints for success and opportunities to add more complexity, more hours and more stress. For little gain.
That's when I realised that a sustainable business is built from the inside out - it doesn’t matter what you are doing if the way you are doing it is exhausting you rather than energising you.
