I help service providers who are maxed out behind-the-scenes build structure that makes their success sustainable.
I'm a natural systems thinker with a background in Earth sciences, as well as a trained embodiment coach - which means I understand both the strategic infrastructure your business needs and the importance of having your nervous system feel held and supported.
I know that adding more bits to your business without solid foundations is what makes growth lead to burnout.
