Over the last 5 years I’ve supported more than 100 purpose-driven entrepreneurs to bridge the gap between purpose and profit.
Before that, I spent 12 years as a Geophysicist with a Masters in Earth Sciences, learning how to cut through complexity and identify what actually matters when everything feels important.

That's exactly what the Spotlight Session is for. We'll spend 60 minutes digging into your business to identify where you're losing time, energy, and momentum—then I'll give you clear recommendations on what to tackle first.

Not necessarily. The real qualifier is whether you've moved beyond startup mode—you have consistent clients, proven services, and you're ready to build operational foundations. Most clients I work with are doing £50K+ annually and have outgrown their manual startup systems.

This is collaborative work, not done-for-you. I'll design the systems and guide the implementation, but you'll need to be actively involved—sharing access, giving feedback, and implementing changes. If you want someone to take tasks off your plate without any input from you, this isn't the right fit.

That’s ok. We find the right solution for you and your business - which doesn’t need to include tools that you aren’t comfortable with. That being said, my ongoing support can help you maintain what we build, taking any tech headache off your plate.
