Hi, I’m Debbie,

Over the last 5 years I’ve supported more than 100 purpose-driven entrepreneurs to bridge the gap between purpose and profit.

Before that, I spent 12 years as an analyst, understanding how complex systems create resilience and sustainability.

The Regenerative Growth approach I've developed doesn't just manage overwhelm; it transforms the underlying patterns that create it in the first place.

How to Apply

I work with only 6 clients per year in this intensive format, so each person receives the depth of attention this transformation requires. The next intake begins in September, with applications closing when spots are filled.

Many entrepreneurs tell me they wish they'd made this shift years earlier. The patterns creating overwhelm don't improve on their own—they require intentional intervention.

Our process unfolds like this:

STEP 1: Application
 Complete a thoughtful application that helps me understand your current situation and what you're hoping to create.

STEP 2: Conversation
 We'll spend 60 minutes exploring your business together and sensing whether this work feels like a good fit for both of us.

STEP 3: Foundation Work
 If we choose to work together, we begin with a gentle, thorough exploration of your current business ecosystem.

In 90 minutes together, I'll help you see your current business model with fresh eyes, identifying what's supporting your growth and what might be creating resistance. You'll leave with clear insights and a thoughtful plan for moving forward—whether we work together further or not.
