I don’t encourage you to ‘feel the fear and do it anyway’. Instead we’ll use somatic practices to connect with what’s keeping you in overwhelm and gently shift into grounded, feel good action taking.
Given this is a ninety minute session, it is best suited to addressing a specific challenge. Ideal topics include:
promoting yourself online after some time out
putting into words what you do and how you help people
brainstorming ways to connect with your ideal clients
reviewing a sales page or new offer
pricing or promoting a new offer
